Great Customer Service

In a world where good customer service seems increasingly rare, Leek Building Society restores my faith in human beings. My local bank branch has closed down, it seems everyone is being forced to go online to manage their finances, and so it is wonderful to engage with a financial organisation face to face. There is always a warm welcome, the service is knowledgeable, efficient and mindful and when I was sorting out an ISA transfer, there was even a cup of tea on offer!
