Incorrect payment

I've been charged a fee from this company who I've never even heard of before!! No previous or ongoing policies with them, therefore no set up direct debits! Very confused and concerned as to how they have retrieved my bank details, and charged me this fee without communicating with me. I have received no posts, emails or phone calls from them. Absolutely unacceptable. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2025
