I love RBS, regualar up to date letters sent to me, easy to use app and website and best of all, whenever I call customer Services, Im guaranteed a friendly voice at the other end, who always go above and beyond, the call Centre is based in the UK , always a plus! Reviewed on: 7th January 2019
