Get it when you want it with PayPal

I think PayPal should make sure that money is taken from direct debit accounts on the same day that they say the payment is due. I recently had a big problem when a payment was taken from my account several days after it was supposed to be due. I think it would save PayPal a lot of they implemented same day due with actually taking the payment. For everything else, PayPal has been excellent. You can get it when you want it with PayPal. You seem to have AI glitches that sometimes make navigating the account counter intuitive and difficult to understand with no obvious resolution as the app just goes into a loop. The human phone assistant was also unhelpful and kept trying to argue instead of resolving the issue. It is not just your app that is affected by this new set of problems caused by the huge AI revolution but I thought you should know. For example one of my middle names and the name that I use most seems to have gone astray which seems to have mightily confused the operator who then became argumentative. I am sure she was not to blame even though she used the phantom name to address me first and then told me that the names did not match. I also have been having difficulty locating my account details in order to resolve any errors they might contain. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Erk... Um, do you accept debit cards?

I found that loads of places would not accept the card and I had to do a cash transfer so I could use the credit. Then they put the rate up to like 58% so now I am scared to use Vanquis. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
