Overall good

Good, easy to use, user friendly app. Works well on web browsers and mobile. Its very well priced, and the fact that it is paid for means that you don't get adverts and other irritating interruptions. It doesn't try to do too much and what it does, it generally does well. Unfortunately half of the providers that I use do not allow scraping or do not allow access to all their accounts on open banking - its not Moneyhub's fault, but it does limit the usefulness. There are a few features (such as customised grouping or subgrouping of accounts) that would be useful, and it would be handy to be able to add a transaction to more than one project. Moneyhub also only grab the previous 12 months history (even though the open banking implementation sometimes gives more than that) - that said, when I raised it, the technical support team came back and explained what the problems were in this case. One thing that they could improve on is response times - a savings account was incorrectly grouped as a current account and it took weeks to get this changed, but in fairness it probably wasn't a high priority.
