Simple, easy to understand, first time mortgage experience. My options were explained and my assigned person even helped chase up my solicitors for paperwork, with a weekly update. I had a help to buy isa with them so everything was super simple with transferring the deposit and they found me the best deals, and explained what they all meant. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
