Had a claim rejected with no reason

Had a claim rejected with no reason after paying years of protection for my dyson hoover, only need a motor brush as my son had driven over it by accident! A week has passed and heard nothing so after being on hold for 45 minutes told they havent accepted claim. Terrible way to treat loyal customers, I will never use their service again.They didnt give a reason and I cant find anything in the small print to deny the claim Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
