Customer services are real people speaking really English. Fantastic security set up. Easy and simple to open an account current or saving. Easy to use as everything is online and has simple steps. Great way to get money back on what you spend. Overall a fantastic bank. CHASE was recommended to me by a friend and since I have had a Chase account I have recommended to just about anyone that talks about banking in any way. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
