Excellent customer service

Banks usually have terrible customer service with endless options by phone and unusable chatbots. Chase addresses this by allowing customers to ask questions and have a real person answer. It's not real time but very good. You can still call. The key thing is, the staff seem to actually care about answering questions and resolving issues. With the account itself, I love that it gives a 1% cashback for debit card payments and they don't charge exchange fees abroad. I'm genuinely surprised how much better than other banks Chase is - especially the traditional brands. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
