Hands-down the most user friendly bank for savings

Atom bank is the most user friendly bank I use (and I've used a lot of the high street banks over the years). I especially like the ability to open multiple savings accounts with ease (some banks only let you have one, and often I want to split money across multiple fixed savers opened at different times, with different terms, etc), and the fact they provide a single interest summary for your tax return at the end of each tax year.
