Mostly my experience with Chase has been hassle free.

Mostly my experience with Chase has been hassle free. Good communication, good rates, perfect. However I had a scamming issue when I was in London. The Chase customer service person attended to it promptly and put me at ease as she sorted out my card, changed the number and allowed me to use it without the fear that I had been scammed and my account and money was in danger.
