I've always had good and prompt support from customer services. I also find their app easy and intuitive to use. They communicate well to keep me updated on any changes to rates or interesting financial news. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Very happy Chase user!

Excellent app, easy to use and helpful features which give a lot of insights. I love the round up feature - helps me to save without realising it. I love that I can connect my savings and current account in the app and easily move money between the two. I also like seeing upcoming payments as it gives me the heads up about what's shortly to leave my account. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
