Professional and a safe place for your money.

I opened an account here after seeing a real drop in service and customer care at a high street bank. RCI have always been professional and efficient and easy to deal with and get help when needed. I have confidence that my money is secure with them. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

The card and its features are great.

The card and its features are great. Have had an account for several years now and it’s so useful and simple to use the app. When there is a glitch it does always get resolved but the process and getting to speak to an agent isn’t as easy as it should be. So that is my hope that the handling of issues is improved and made less time consuming and challenging. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
