Exceptional customer service levels

Apart from interest rates on savings being very competitive, the levels of customer service are exceptional and seem to go above and beyond whenever I have had any questions. Very easy website to navigate with all the information literally at your finger tips, without have to go between numerous pages. The one thing which i particularly like is the ability on fixed rate accounts to inform you what the interest will be when paid. All in all over the two years or so I have been with Atom, I have converted not only family but friends to Atom, all of whom have asked the same question, 'why did we not sign up with Atom sooner'. Simply the best

My experience to date has been first class. From the ease of opening my accounts, to the layout of the app and so very easy way to navigate around the app. Is brilliant. The interest rates offered are super competitive and I have introduced numerous members of my family to Atom. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025
