Helpful & friendly

My mortgage advisor Jo was brilliant. She was great at explaining all the steps to me and helping me along the way as a first time buyer. Callum helped also when my mortgage went in as an application and was great at keeping me in the loop and super friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing felt too much for either of them & they both dealt with me either changing my mind a few times or forgetting to update them on various bits. I'd recommend Tembo to a friend for sure.
