Post Office Savings failure!

I applied online for an Online Saver issue 87 account, for which I received an email confirming my application. Two weeks later the account had still not been opened! When I rang their office, I was told that there was no trace of my application on their system, despite their earlier email! Further issues followed resulting in me making a formal complaint. Weeks later I received their response - which totally failed to address the main points of my complaint, and they concluded that my complaint should be Dismissed ....despite the fact that there was clearly a failing on their part! I have since contacted them again to challenge their decision. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026
