No payout despite 24hr delay

I was bumped from my overbooked flight and moved to a moved to a new flight 24hrs later and received no compensation/payout from Explorer. Hugely disappointing and misleading information and very poor outcome. Will not be using these services again. Too many loopholes in the coverage. Would avoid. Many other providers out there with better coverage, including basics like flight overbookings Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
