Banking with ATOM is a joy

I've been banking with Atom, using their savings accounts, for a few years now and am really impressed. So much so that my hubby and two children also now have accounts. The app is easy to understand and setting up accounts is straightforward. The language used is simple and friendly. I am kept up to date with any changes and notified when accounts are reaching their term, outlining the options available. I've had reason to reach out a couple of times and my calls have always been answered quickly and efficiently. I can't fault the service (which is a pity as I'm a stickler for good service and can usual find something to suggest to improve on) Reviewed on: 9th February 2025
