Excellent Customer Service & Ethical Savings

I have been a saver with Ecology Building Society for a number of years. Their customer service is second to none: they are genuine and friendly and it is ALWAYS possible to speak to a human - no horrible call queues or phone bots. Any time I have had a query it has been quickly resolved. I like the fact that my savings are being put to genuinely green uses by the Society and that any interest my savings may generate is ethical. I thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.
