No customer service, this bank is ghost

2 YEARS!! im trying to reach customer service with no success as im trying to log on to my account from a new devise and is not possible as the system after the email verification fails and ask permission from my old devise ( 3 devises back) that is in the bottom of the sea. they send me periodically emails that i need to update my details BUT i cannon log in to the account. today their last email is that they will cancel my account for inactivity. 2 f##ing years im trying to reach customer service wow! they deserve an award for this. DONT deposit money to Monese! Reviewed on: 10th February 2025
