Going the extra mile (well...many extra miles)

I experienced a rare problem on Snoop where I had 2 credit cards that happened to end in the same last 4 digits which caused confusion for the app. When I contacted Snoop for help I was impressed by the lengths that they went to to solve the problem - they came up with various possible workarounds which they then discussed with me to figure out the best solution for my situation. Through this I also realised that the customer services agent that was as speaking to was very technically knowledgeable while still being able to communicate with me. After some communications to and fro, Snoop implemented a solution to the problem and all was well. It was the best customer services experience that I have ever had! Reviewed on: 11th February 2025
