Could do better

I like the fact that I can log in to the app on my phone when I want to sort our my finances and since downloading Pingit when the account isn't working I can login through Pingit to check the account balance. Quite a few times the app doesn't work - this is the grumble I have with Barclays and they charge high interest rates for their overdraft facilities and customer services are not always that great. I also like the fact I can increase my overdraft facility just by tapping a few buttons on the app. I've had a Barclays account for many years and in the main I'm satisfied with them -my experience would be improved if they could sort these things out.
