Top customer service

I had to call the NBS as I was unable to login to my online account. I spoke to a very helpful, and local lady, and the issue was sorted swiftly. No communication problems, no pushing 1 for this, 2 for that, and 3 to be cut off. Top service. It was like the old times. Reviewed on: 14th February 2025
