Hanley staff were always pleasant and welcoming and...

Hanley staff were always pleasant and welcoming and answered telephone calls and emails promptly. They treated me with respect in spite of my age (85). They understood my requirements and found a mortgage that met my specific needs and was affordable with my pension income. They encouraged my solicitor to get the remortgage done in a timely manner.
