Genuine and understanding

You see so many products on social media, that it is hard to believe something is genuine at times. But I took a chance and applied to Haysto and I am so glad I did. They were supportive, understanding & non judgemental. It’s hard to disclose areas of your life you feel embarrassed about. Debt is not an easy thing to live with and past choices can make us feel judged. Every person I spoke to at Haysto was positive and empathetic and they made the process so much easier. The whole time though, I kept thinking this won’t work, but they remained positive for me. When they told me I had a mortgage, I was still in disbelief as I’d been told by other mortgage brokers to wait another six months, but I’m already in my early 50’s and a single parent- I didn’t have much longer! Now I am just waiting for the final stage from my solicitor and I get the keys to my new home. They even recommended a solicitor and insurance person. I am still in disbelief but delighted, and can not recommend this company enough. Give it a go folks- your dream home may just be around the corner! Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
