Excellent customer service and easy to work with.

We’ve been with Mansfield BS for 6 years now, we’ve fixed our mortgage twice since we first took the mortgage (Shared Ownership product via a mortgage broker). The service each time has been excellent, the process was simple and we were given the info we needed. I’ve only needed to speak with them twice but both times the enquiry was dealt with quickly and by a real person. We’ve only changed as we’ve moved away from Shared Ownership and going through a mortgage broker they arranged a mortgage with someone else. No fault of Mansfield at all, only our needs changed. Very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Any interaction with Mansfield BS has been good, they’ve been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We’ve had no issues in the 5 years we’ve been with them. Renewing our mortgage onto a new deal has been no issue at all, a very seamless process with everything explained. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
