. Stay away at all costs from ESURE.

I paid Esure polivy every month for years. I ess parked stationary when a motorist crashed into me and accepted liability. Sounds a piece of cake does it? Not at all. Esure after 2.5 years still has not paid me and I had to take Esure to Court and report it for fraud. In fact they take your money but then if you have an accident that's not your fault they don't pay you. No way. Now Keoghs solicitors are taking their time helping them to get away without pay. Fraudsters behave in this way.Shortly after someone hit and run my car. Esure told me that they don't pay hit and run because they cannot retrieve costs from the counterpart that has run away(under several cameras).They haven't told you before. though..Esure lies. Terrible experience, not good at all

Terrible experience. I have paid deposit and I need to validate ID..Impossible to speak with anyone..Robot only gives you options that you Don't need..ZCannot validate my ID!!.Terrible customer service!
