Appalling complaint resolutionI

Appalling complaint resolution I made a complaint 24/01/25 which was acknowledged by letter of 31/01/25 (letter arrived 11/02/25). They said if they wanted more information they would contact me within four weeks, however they gave themselves eight weeks to give me a response. I have phoned but their customer service says it absolutely does nothing with complaints (?) I have to wait it out for a response. There is an email address given for 'if I need assistance'. I think the response time they give themselves is disgusting. I've had the account less then a year, this is my second complaint (received £50 for the first). I had an issue with another bank last week and they resolved it within 5 days. I'm thinking of closing this account. Absolutely would not recommend them.
