Compassionate customer service

Aqua have been brilliant, and were excellent when my car hiring experience in France went south. They helped to resolve the issue, and were incredibly reassuring about how to move forwards. They were compassionate about how stressful the situation was, and checked in after a few days to make sure things were going okay. Reviewed on: 24th February 2025
