Professional and friendly service

Helena and Jodie took me through the process in a very friendly and professional manner from start to finish! I have had past credit problems so I was nervous but they both reassured me the lender I ended up with was uncharacteristically slow with my application - but they chased and updated me throughout! I now have a mortgage offer and I am just waiting for my purchase to complete! Amazing! Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
