Excellent customer service

I have a savings product with UTB that provides a great rate. On the few occasions when I've had to contact them to discuss my account I've always been able to speak to someone at the bank itself and they have been efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Good experience, good savings rates

The application process for opening a savings account was simple and UTB kept me updated throughout. Whenever I've rung them to discuss my account I have been patched through to someone quickly and they have always been helpful and informed. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
