A very efficient service

Good simple website design, easy to follow instructions, very quick emails to confirm online application. Competitive interest rates offered and timely reminders when savings bond nears the maturity date. I have always found staff helpful when contacting the company by telephone. United Trust Bank offer a high standard of service!

Telephone queries are always quickly and efficiently dealt with and staff members I have spoken to are very polite and helpful. Regularly updated with details about my account.
