Great customer service form the beginning

Great customer service form the beginning when we were discussing a loan. From there personal service and tailored borrowing solutions to when I lost my job and there understanding and tailored assistance was the best I have come across in any of my previous borrowing experiences. The dashboard is excellent and very user friendly and easy to use, understand and navigate. Every time I have called I have got through within a few minutes, to a a human not a robot or long waits trying to explain to it what I called for. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
