A varied range of accounts to suit everyone!

I did some research on fixed rate ISA’s & decided to use UTB after reading positive reports. There’s so much really informative online guidance and the actual account opening was simple and straightforward. There was a clear choice of all the savings products and clear explanation of each which makes it easy, no waffle, jargon or making the process difficult. I like the online platform and the security in place for login and account viewing/management. Everything is clear and concise. I did have cause to contact the customer services team with a query and the call was answered both promptly and efficiently. The lady who answered dealt with my questions and I really felt the whole customer services team experience was excellent. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
