Start of the process was great, then went downhill!

The initial person I spoke to was great. However, his line manager was useless and she was quite abrupt, had it mot been for the initial guy I woukd have ceased the process. I then got passed to an advisor about insurance who was an absolute nightmare to deal with. In one conversation with him I had to give my details 3 times because he wasn't making notes., he was searching things as we spoke, call took over an hour. If I was rating the staff member I first dealt with , he was great and it would be 5stars! Unfortunately the rest of the experience was not good. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
