Customer service non-existent. Avoid.

Customer service is impossible to find. When you do find it, the chat is never responded to (agent just left the chat). It also times out without telling you. Was also impacted by a Paypal credit issue where they are supposed to take the minimum payment each month but one month the got this wrong and took £900 instead. Again no support whatsoever from Paypal trying to resolve this Reviewed on: 13th May 2026
