Better, they are indeed!

Better made the experience of buying our first home really great. The Team were always very helpful, and did everything they could to assist. I have to be honest, there was an issue which was disappointing, and this was linked to their SmartBuyer scheme. But I want to be clear this was nothing to do with Better, and everything to do with the law firm (Holden Smith) I was assigned via the SmartBuyer scheme. I won't go into detail, and gave my feedback to Better in terms of who they use as "approved solicitors", but if you do choose to go with Better, just be aware of that name, and do your own research into the law firm. This did not put me off recommending Better, and they have since helped at least 2 people I pointed to them in securing mortgages. From start to finish, for me they were really spot on.
