Excellent customer service

Obtaining the loan online was easy and professional. I ran onto a minor problem submitting my ID and when I called they had a solution which instantly worked. Aafter passing that hurdle the rest was easy and the loan money was in my account by 6pm that evening. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

The application from start to finish was simple and effective. The process was fast and efficient. By using the Zopa app you could track your application. Sending documents was easy and hassle free. The sales people were polite and courteous and I had no issues at all. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
