Such Poor Customer service

Having has some transactions misprocessed I contacted them and it took them 3 weeks to even reply , in which they asked for all of the information I had already supplied . It then took three months to actually answer my query and two further to resolve it . That was only achieved by bringing in some legal help . Reviewed on: 12th January 2019
