An account as it should be in 2019.

I moved my bank account of 38 years almost entirely on my mobile phone whilst eating my sandwiches at lunchtime. There was one minor hiccup in the auto switch but that was an issue with my previous bank. Other than that my Starling account is perfect. In truth I’ve not had cause to phone them so couldn’t say anything about that kind of service. That in itself I think says a lot. Never in any financial services product I’ve ever had has the blend of technology, customer ease and simplicity been so apparent. Thank you Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
