Easy to use, Recommended!

I switched current accounts from HSBC last year. The transaction process was really smooth and First Direct were available to contact for help and advice every step of the way. The communications are great. I could speak to someone whenever I wanted, however I wanted. The online banking is so simple and easy to use and I love that I can just pay money into my post office that is 1 minute's walk rather than have to go into town for a branch. So far I am really impressed by first direct's services and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

Barclays always make me feel like an incredibly valued customer

Nothing is too much in my branch of Barclays. They are helpful, friendly and go out of their way when I have had problems. They make me feel very valued and cared for. Reviewed on: 13th July 2020
