Really Impressed

As the bank is designed as an online bank it does seem that the app is an afterthought. My account was incredibly easy to set up. It really came into its own when we spent 6 weeks in Thailand withdrawals and payments were simple as were money transfers with a perfect rate of exchange. We just needed to watch for Thai banks and their dynamic currency exchange. Starling are always innovating with other banks lagging behind. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
