A Rewarding Banking Experience with Chase UK

I’ve been using Chase Bank UK for a while now, and overall, my experience has been excellent. The app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage my finances, track spending, and set up savings goals. The round-up feature, which automatically saves spare change from transactions, is a great way to build savings effortlessly. One of the standout benefits is the 1% cashback on everyday purchases, which has been a nice perk. It’s straightforward to activate and provides real value. The customer support has also been impressive—whenever I’ve had queries, the response time has been quick, and the advisors have been helpful and knowledgeable. A few areas for improvement: I’d love to see support for joint accounts in the future, as well as better integration with budgeting apps. Additionally, while the interest on savings accounts is competitive, there’s always room for better rates. Overall, Chase UK has provided a smooth and rewarding banking experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, digital-first bank. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
