Fastest Customer Service than any other bank

The chat facility with Chase is probably the fastest response time for any other High Street bank and if I need to speak to a person going through the chat facility transfer you seamlessly to a real person the exchange rates for foreign travel is very good value for money by using the Bank of England Exchange rate rather than High Street banks using an exchange rate specifically for travel. This is a fantastic benefit with Chase. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
