Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

Very good service, but room for improvement.

Speed of response to any question is very good. It is disappointing that the bank capped the cash back after 1 year of opening the account. They need to improve the interest rate on the savings account. There is no sign yet of Chase offering a joint account. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
