Helpful customer service

There is a limit as to how much money you can spend in one day, but I needed to raise that to pay a bill. I messaged them online and they responded straight away but said that they were very busy and would get back to me as soon as possible. That was not a problem to me as I knew I just had to wait. Once they contacted me, they apologised and sorted everything out straight away with a very cheerful manner. This was so much more helpful than another online bank that I have now moved away from, and I was pleased with the customer service I received. I would recommend Chase as their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
