Easy to bank with and user-friendly

Found setting up an account easy and straightforward. App is user friendly. Helps me with budgeting with the use of pots. Makes me feel safe, knowing that I can only use contactless payments a number of times before I need to use a pin. Customers services are easy to contact and very helpful. Chase makes managing finances easy and simple

I like that I can use Chase to better organise my finances. Using the app and managing my finances is easy and simple. I haven't needed to call customer services, as I haven't had any issues! So I am a very happy customer. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
