The only mortgage brokers that gave me hope!

I had a 5 year old default on my credit report that made my case a little less than straight forward. I had spoken to at least 8-10 mortgage brokers trying to find the right people that could help me secure an offer. The brokers I found either made me feel like my case was a losing battle or they gave me a false sense of hope only to let me down in the last minute. In many cases brokers were looking to charge me ridiculous prices in the claim that my case was too complicated. Meanwhile I’m losing my mind because I’ve already had an offer accepted for a house I really didn’t want to lose and I was being chased by the estate agents for an update on my mortgage application. I stumbled across Better.co.uk and man do I wish I started off with them to begin with! I worked with an advisor named Gabriel and he was honestly angel Gabriel sent from above! From start to finish he kept me calm, he was professional, efficient and even managed to find me a mortgage deal that was far better than the interest rate I was willing to settle for. In the end I managed to get the dream first home I wanted, with a comfortable mortgage repayment - neither of which felt possible after so many disappointments with other brokers.
