The Building Society who listen.

We recently booked an appointment at the Northallerton branch to discuss re investing some savings from an account which has reaching its full term. The staff there were polite, welcoming and very knowledgable about the various accounts available. The lady we spoke with listened to what we expected to do with the money invested and suggested several options for us. We talked through the various options and opened the account which provided everything we required from it. It is refreshing to find a Bank/Building Society who listen. Friendly staff and efficient customer service
