Need more training

I used their service some months ago for my first mortgage. Success but, I wasn't fully satisfied with the experience. There are two phases in the process . In the first you have a mortgage broker helping you find the right mortgage and apply for it. I was very satisfied with that part. In the second phase, an application manager steps in as an intermediary between you and the lender. I wasn't happy with my application manager. I got the impression that they had no clue. The lender was asking for more information and pieces of evidence but the manager could not clearly explain what was being asked. The manager had difficulty even contacting me. Delays were introduced into the process because of those issues. I really hope they are getting better training nowadays so that everyone involved can deliver Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
